My account was deactivated due to inactivity for a few months.

The reason for the deactivation is that I supposedly have another inactive account, and I must resolve the issue and activate that account first.

The problem is, I have only created one account.

i am living in Munich, i open my account in Amozon.de i was sell from Germany. Suddently i got deactivate for multiple account on 12 country i dont understand how i can open this account with fake numbers. They are controlling us when they want they active or deactived our account. Now i have decided to go on Police let them solve our problem because when you have proble amazon support are weg you see no Help from them except same useless Email.

"Your Amazon.de selling partner account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement"

This is a product that was uploaded with others over a year ago, we never had it in stock. The only answer I got was that I have to prove that I did not violate the rules.

Deactivating an account in the current period is quite devastating, because of a product that was not even really on offer. No one has heard from me for 48 hours and is not responding to my request for what to do to fix the situation.

Do you have any information for me on how to proceed?
