Proof of Bank Account ownership - with Hyperwallet

Hi all,

We use Hyperwallet’s bank account service on our Seller account. - Which means that we create a german account through them, and then we use that bank account as our seller central bank account. Then after the payments, Hyperwallet transfers the money to our usuall company bank account.

However - Now we’ve got some trouble because Amazon asks us to verify our bank account, otherwise they will shut down our account.
We’ve already uploaded the verification document which we’ve got from Hyperwallet.
But Amazon seems to deny it because our company name & logo isn’t shown on that document. Our CEO’s name is on the document.

• Anyone who has had the same issue with using Hyperwallet and now what to do?
  (We’ve tried to get hold of Hyperwallet but seems like they are very slow to answering).
