Issues with the pending orders

Hello,

I need urgent assistance with 20 pending FBA orders, some over 21 days old. These pending orders are tying up our inventory and affecting our business. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with customer support, I’ve only received generic responses.

ASINs affected:

B07ZS3FVQ8

B0CMZJ3B16

B07ZS3WQ7H

B08M8ZTKJS

All units associated with these ASINs are stuck in pending status, with some exceeding 21 days. All new orders associated with those ASINS are going to pending status automatically.

This issue is significantly impacting our inventory management and sales. Please address this as soon as possible and provide a specific solution, not generic replies.

Hi @Seller_bCf7cFOXhg4HH,

On the Manage orders page, an order with a status of Pending might indicate an issue with the buyer's payment method or a convenience store payment method. In some cases, our payment and order detail verification processes can potentially extend order processing times for as long as 21 days.

I took a look at the account and I can see there are no orders longer than 21 days.
