Creating a Variation on Standard ASIN

I hope you're well.
We are trying to create variations on ASINs which are standard ASINs at the moment. We tried everything suggested by Amazon and the support team isn't much helpful either.
If anyone could share some instructions on how to get it done, we'd really appreciate it.

Hey,
Your best option is to Variate using a File Import. If you use this link to find the File required = https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/listing/cards
Create a Parent ASIN by filling out all the required columns. For the Children fill out the Product Identifier Columns, select Partial Update and fill out the Variation Columns to suit your Variation Theme requirements.
Once completed upload here = https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/listing/upload
Use this link to check the progress = https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/listing/status
If it says Done then all is well, give it an hour or so and the Children should merge into the Parent ASIN. If it says Action Required then you can download a processing summary which will tell you what the error is.
