Brand Registry Application stuck in review for 3 months

My brand registration case is stuck in pending review for over 3 months. There is no option for me to resubmit as I get a message that I do not have any cases open but when I check the case logs it there. I also do not have the option to open a new case as I get a not saying my brand is under review.

Since my application, I received my approved trade mark which means I am now the legal owner of my Brand.

How do I move forward to get my brand approved? Surely it should not take over 3 months for brand central to approve my brand, obtaining a trademark is much quicker than this.

Can someone please help fix the issue.
