Order to Ireland - Net Proceeds will not include VAT for Marketplace Facilitator order

Hi,
I have just received an order from Ireland and the following message from Amazon has appeared:
Net Proceeds will not include VAT for Marketplace Facilitator order.

Question 1:
I only have amazon.co.uk enabled as a marketplace, so how come I have received an order from Cork in the southern part of Ireland?

Question 2:
Do I simply just write the IOSS number that Amazon has provided, the net value and order ID on the envelope when shipping.

Question 3:
Do I need to do anything else in seller central before confirming shipment?

If anyone could offer any advice that would be amazing.

  1. If you are receiving orders from Ireland, you need to untick international shipping on all your shipping templates

  2. No, you’ll need to set up the IOSS service with your courier ie royal mail so that the data is uploaded electronically and add CN22 label
