Fedex Adjustment Crazzy

Hello, last week I wrote because I received a charge of $1675 and the previous one was $717. The charges appeared as "others" in my payment statement. My question is, what are these charges??? I received a response and a list of these charges that is completely incorrect. I sell items that weigh less than a pound and I place 2, and the dimensions of the box, and many of the orders on the list are orders of $15 and the adjustments are $25, adding to the payment I had already made for the label at the time of purchase. This means that for an item I sold for $15, I paid $40 to ship it. How can I solve this problem? Specifically, the problem is with FedEx. I have the list of the affected orders and the charges they made to me. Could someone help me? I need to recover this money and my trust in this carrier since I sell in volume and I also pay for the pick-up service.

No one has responded to my post. I spend more than 10 thousand dollars (only with FedEx) a month with this carrier and now no one is responding mi post ... @CR_Amazonplease help @fedex

are you upgrading your boxes to the next inch? boxes are always a bit larger than the advertised size. a 12x12 box is likely 12.1 x 12.1 or more. Anything over 12.00 would be 13 inches. Same with weight, 7lbs 0.1 ounces is 8lbs.......

If they find an error, there are charges in addition to postage changes.

Fedex One and Fedex Saver product teams realizing they can get free money from Amazon sellers by putting their thumbs on the scale and claiming ridiculous size adjustments, with no repercussions.

Hello @Seller_4sLAUOpWYvEmv If you share a support Case ID, I can review the details and determine what steps may be available for you to dispute the FedEx carrier-audited information and adjustments.
