Account Deactivated. Invoices being rejected.

Our account has been deactivated for nearly a month now for as amazon believe that our products may be inauthentic. We have been asked to provide supply chain invoices (after weeks of trying to find out what they actually want) which we did yet Amazon are saying that they believe that some of the invoices have been altered and our supplier is not a verified supplier of the products which can easily be debunked with a simple phone call to the manufacturer but whatever.

Seller support are suggesting that we get future invoices of atleast 10 Items from a different supplier, we will try this but I highly doubt this will fix anything. Is there anything anyone can suggest we try or anyone else we can talk to to get this fixed?

Many Thanks

I must say that is odd and wouldn't prove anything anyway as Amazon will want to know what has been sold not what is going to be sold in the future.

You need to concentrate purely on the supply chain issue as you seem to dismiss it. They are not going to call a manufacturer and make efforts to prove your case, that is down to you.

You need to concentrate purely on what they are accusing you of. They have asked for invoices and are questioning the authenticity of the invoices. they are saying it is not a verified supplier of the product which is going to be your real stumbling block here.

You need to be very careful of where you source your products and the supply chain is extremely important especially when brands are registered. Many products that are brand registered can only be sold with the permission of the brand owner. I am guessing that your supplier is therefore not the manufacturer and the manufacturer will not back up to Amazon that you are the authorised supplier of their goods.

It is likely that you have been reported by an authorised supplier or the manufacturer in the first place that led to the claims your product was inauthentic.

This is more advice for future reference than advice for remedying past/current cases.
