Customer asking me to send him UPS QR code

I directed the customer to print out a return label from his Amazon account for his return. He claims he can’t print one from there and has asked me to send him a UPS QR code. I’ve never done that before and don’t know how. The item being returned is $200+. I’ve only ever sent return labels to customers by regular mail and that was before customers could print return postage from their Amazon account. Suggestions please?

You need to supply him with a return shipping label and you need to do so within 48 hours of when they asked or they can file an A-Z claim against you and Amazon will immediately refund them in full and let them keep the product.

When buyer opens a return request they usually get an option to print a label or use a QR code that’s then supplied embedded in the email they receive. Have them check their email for the return

I do not believe QR codes are offered for FBM. That would be an FBA option.

Most UPS stores can just have the buyer forward the email to them so they can access the label.
