Wrong fee charges
I directly and indirectly made lot of loss on this platform. I started my business with many hopes and honestly doing my business with 2 SKU in that category which is new and when i was entered that category was doing only 20 lakh revenue. I put my price on the higher-end because the fees were high but my listing support means get the sales i was doing no profit no loss.
i have decided to add variation when I add multiple variations I realize the fee Amazon is charging on the new SKU is much less than previously on the same product. i complained to customer care she told me they were charging the wrong fee from the beginning of my 2 SKU launches. she corrected the fee been the wrong charge and told me i would get the all the difference of fee which i calculated is around 16000 rupees.
they took 1 month no fee refund to me. i raised case id 2 times they told me there were no fees refundable for the past 1 week and to change my category.
indirectly i lost the competition because i was selling my product at a high price so i was not in the competition category is growing now and doing 1cr and more now only 2 brands are dominating the category.
Amazon keeps all the fee difference in his pocket.
And because of the wrong fee charge, the competition was not healthy to me.
Amazon is not a trustful brand they control all our business they never pay for their mistake.
