Account Suspension due Account Verification

Our UK/EU account has been suspended today due to an account verification compliance issue.

We have been actively trying to resolve this by reaching out to Seller Support, the Account Health Team, and the following teams: seller-verification-enquiry and kyc-drtax-verification

We submitted the requested documents on April 20th and then received a follow-up performance notification requesting additional documents. Unfortunately, there was no mention of an account suspension deadline, and given that today is Friday, we may not receive a response until Monday.

To avoid further disruption, I kindly request if it would be possible to grant us a temporary extension while the verification process is underway. This would allow us to submit the remaining document and potentially avoid further sales loss.

I genuinely appreciate any support you can provide in expediting this process.

I’ve never seen Amazon grant an extension in this way - and they won’t even see this request im afrsid afraid as this is a forum for your fellow sellers
