Bulk Buy Shipping only allows me 3 labels at a time?

For about 3 months now we have had a somewhat restriction on our bulk buying option and can only select a maximum of 3 products at a time to bulk ship.

This has nothing to do with the item/weight/dimensions or anything like that, if we have 50 orders, I can select 3 orders at a time and print all 50 over 30 minutes (printing 3 each time)

However, if I tick 5 of these orders and try to ship them I get the error saying these have to be purchased individually... I've been dealing with this now for 3 months, opened over 5 Amazon cases for them to look into it (obviously no one there knows how to fix this)

I have uninstalled QZ tray and tried this as I've seen this has caused issues in the past, but No luck, Reinstalled it, no luck.

I've tried printing them as PNG files, I have also tried 3 separate browsers, and resetting all cookies... but it still won't load more than 3 orders

I now have almost 1000 orders to ship this weekend and I have to do 3 at a time -.- if anyone can save me, i would be grateful
