Unusual problem - crazy as usual- no otp via authenticator

Hi! just when i thought that i have seen anything on a platform, i got into crazy situation. i have been selling for many years and always had an OTP via text or call. Few days ago the system had a glitch for me and tech support wasnt able to fix it. finally when i logged in after 2 days of glitches, i turned off thee otp and system accepted it. but then it asked me to use Authenticator. the system created code and i scanned it with camera and logged in. but the next day system asked for OTP VIA authenticator ....that i never loaded. so i downloaded google one but Amazon platform is not linked to it. how can i add it? like how can i obtain the scannable barcode second time? if i follow the first original method it doesnt populate without OTP VIA AUTHENTIFICATOR that i dont even have...

i know it might not make any sense when you read it and never dealt with this crap. but now i honestly lost and when i called Amazon they asked to create case. i dont have high hopes for it..

did anyone ever had to locate their Authenticator code if app is not linked for it on the phone?

An authenticator app is something that a seller can add under their Amazon.com customer account (login & Security).

Here are the instructions: What is Two-Step Verification? You may be able to disable the app or update it.

Sellers who have issues with Two-Step verification use this feature, there are a few good apps available but 'Authy' seems to be the favorite.
