I am writing to seek urgent assistance with an ongoing issue regarding Error 5886 on my listing. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with the support team, the error message persists, and I have not received any satisfactory resolution.

I am the sole owner and the original creator of this listing, and I have provided proof of this multiple times. However, the support team continues to incorrectly assert that I have never made any contributions to the listing, which is not true. This miscommunication is severely affecting my business, as I am losing out on sales.
