Added product doesn't show up in inventory

Hi! This week I tried to list my first product on amazon, but every time I try to list the item it says “your updates have been submitted” and never actually shows up in my inventory (see screenshot below)

I’ve waited 15 minutes to see if it appears like Amazon advises and it never showed up. I tried a couple of times and still nothing. I had a GTIN exemption from the category I was listing the item in but I was worried this might be the issue, so I went and purchased a GTIN and still had no luck.

Has anyone else had this issue? I worry I’m doing something incorrectly when listing the product which is causing it to not be listed. Any help would be super appreciated! Thank you.
