Payouts, I have not had a payout for 5 weeks
I have not had a payout since 14th Feb, I contacted Amazon 3 times but not had a reply. My bank details are correct & my account is healthy. What is going on? I don’t make much on Amazon but 5 weeks to get paid can’t be right.

I’m not sure what the issue is that is causing you to have either a reserve or such a long disbursement time, but there is no excuse for Amazons lack of willingness to implement a customer services department that can tell you in a reasonable amount of time and your experience absolutely aligns with mine.
It just took them 15 months to raise a credit note on a VAT services invoice from point of request from me. I then specifically asked them “Can you clarify please, did it just take you 15 months to raise a credit note from point of request” and I now get a weekly automated “we are looking into this”. It’s not acceptable, I’m not sure if it’s a breach of HMRC compliance to take such a long time to raise a credit note even.
All roads lead to the same thing, Amazon is not investing in customer support for sellers (sellers are customers of Amazon, we pay them the platform fees and as such all of these issues are customer support issues).
They are presently not fit to run the platform they created.

Well it looks like Amazon was watching this thread as my reserve is 0 today and I got a payout.
