Email Marketing - Can it be done?

As a Brand Registered account, are we able to send out personalised/tailored emails to previous customers? At the moment we are using using Tailored Brand Promotion page to send out discount offers but the content of the email is not personalised in anyway. Looking for something that we can do from a CRM POV

No, don't believe there is anything like that within Amazon at the moment.

I imagine you are looking at somethign similar to what is on offer in ebay if you have a store package - its not there as far as I know in Amazon.

According to Amazon's guidelines, sellers cannot send personalized promotional emails directly to previous customers.

The Tailored Brand Promotion page you're currently using is actually the correct way to send discount offers to customers.

While you can communicate with buyers through Amazon's messaging system, it can only be used for:

  • Order-related issues
  • Customer service inquiries
  • Shipping information
  • Returns and refunds

Marketing messages, promotional content, and vouchers are not allowed in direct communications with customers.
