Erroneous Policy Violation

Hello,

I've received a policy violation for allegedly selling counterfeit goods. The other seller claims I'm misusing their trademark, which is not the case. The items are very different.

I've contacted the seller, explained the problem and requested they issue a retraction, but I don't know if they will.

I've tried to 'fix' the violation, but none of the options are suitable as they imply I am selling someone else's item. My item is hand-made to order.

Please can someone from support respond?
