Pulling My Hair - cannot change pictures because international listings we never listed

Can anyone help?

Last year our accounts in Turkey and Netherlands were deactivated because of restricted products being listed there automatically by the build international listings feature.

We didn't turn that feature on, it was turned on automatically by Amazon when activating these marketplaces where we have never had the intention to sell.

I didn't think much of it because we have never had the intention to sell there however this is affecting our UK account as we are not able to update the pictures of our own brands and listings.

Spoke to Seller Support and Account Health specialist and got nowhere. Tried to reactivate those accounts but it didn't work.

I don't understand why we're being punished for something we didn't do. We have been selling for over 10 years, hundreds of thousands of orders and millions paid in Amazon fees yet one product we didn't even list ourselves in a country we didn't sign up to means that we are now banned for life from updating our product pictures.
