A to Z claim in favor of a buyer even though the product was delivered long before the delivery date

Order: 111-3886741-5941822

Estimated delivery date: January 30.

Delivery date: January 6.

The response from the A to Z sector denying my appeal is as follows: In this case, the buyer should have received the order no later than January 30, 2025. If you discover that a product is not available for immediate shipment, notify the buyer directly and process the refund if applicable.

Anything is the answer, if it was delivered on January 6, why do they respond this? Who can I request a new analysis from?

Thank you

Hello @Seller_XXKS0OxrxVcAg,

Thank you for participating here at the forums!

I have reviewed your case and it seems the reason why you are not claims protects is due to the order shipping late. The order ship by date was Dec 17th and per the tracking information label was created Dec 30th and shipped/scanned by the carrier on Jan 2nd.

Hope this helps to clarify.

Thanks,

Joey
