Pickup Delays and Late Dispatch Rate

Yesterday, my scheduled pickup was not completed on time. This is not the first time I have faced such an issue; it has become a frequent problem that severely impacts my business operations.
Specifically, the pickup person called me yesterday and informed me that he was unable to come to my office. Instead, he asked me to drop off my parcel at his collection office, which is 3 kilometers away from my location. His contact number is 0984050XXXX. Despite my efforts to accommodate this request and personally delivering the parcel to the collection office, they failed to log my parcel into the system.
As a result of these repeated pickup failures, I received a notification from Amazon today about a late shipment. This situation is beyond my control and directly caused by the inefficiency of the pickup service. I have attached a screenshot of the communication with the pickup person for your reference.
Furthermore, this issue has adversely affected my Late Dispatch Rate, which has now reached 50%. This is unfair and unjust, considering the problem lies with the pickup service and not my handling of the orders.
but the issue remains unresolved. I request you to take immediate action to address this situation, correct my Late Dispatch Rate, and ensure that such issues do not occur in the future.
