Read onlyHello, I received this message from Amazon recently, tried to appeal it but Amazon declined my every request.
Hello FLOW NASAL STRIPS,
You have violated our Seller Code of Conduct. If you do not address this violation within 3 days of this notice, your account may be deactivated.
We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision.
Why did I receive this message?
We have taken this measure because we observed that you have a separate account Zuhrawahedi that was deactivated for violating one of our policies. As a result, the current selling account is in violation of our Multiple Selling Account policy outlined in the Seller Code of Conduct and may be at risk of deactivation if your other selling account remains deactivated.
How do I address this issue?
To avoid the deactivation of this selling account, follow these steps:
-- Reactivate the account associated with Zuhrawahedi by following the instructions in the communication received for that account.
-- Once that account is reactivated, submit a dispute to remove this warning and address any behaviors or practices that violate the policy on this current account FLOW NASAL STRIPS.
I want to say that I have no idea what's this account "Zuhrawahedi", the name is weird and I never had seller account beside this, I haven't even started selling yet, just registered a listing, how can I reactivate account that I don't know and don't have access to because it's not mine. Have somebody had the same issue? Can I just deactivate my current account and just create new seller account again with different email, will this work?
You cannot create a new account as you are now linked and any new account will be too.
The account they are linking to you is a new account on Amazon US and registered to an address in Afghanistan.
What, this one?
https://www.amazon.com/sp?seller=A3LES3WEBNM10W
It can be same IP address, computer, accountant, and connection no matter how vague can cause the link.
You will need to do some research to find the connection, because there will be one 100%
Best of luck.
Hello @Seller_4NGFuhUvoHGtD,
This is Ash from amazon and will help you with your questions.
With all the above information that you have posted I understand that you need help in getting your account reactivated. It seems like your account has been deactivated as the team has identified that it is linked to another account. There can be multiple reasons for your account being linked to another account.
In this case I would recommend you to first try to have a deep dive research from your end to identify how your account might have got linked.
Firstly, please identify the relation between your account and primary account by following the below mentioned steps:
• Verify with your staff, colleagues, friends, relatives and vendors.
• If you have used any third-party services to manage your account, confirm with them if the related account belongs to them or if they have anytime managed it.
• If you have used any open Wi-Fi to operate your amazon account.
After identifying the relation between both the accounts, follow below mentioned steps:
• If the relation is through staff or colleagues, provide any proof of documents like appointment letter or termination letter or relieving letter.
• If the relation is through family members or friends, explain the situation clearly on appeal with supporting documents.
• If the relation is through a third-party service, explain in appeal and submit supporting documents like contract document, contract termination document, invoices of transactions between you and the third-party.
Did you register any global selling account in any other regions?
