The customer claims to have received a completely different and dirty item. I would like to understand what caused this issue since I personally packed all the items before sending them to Amazon FBA warehouse. Therefore, the issue cannot be on my end. How could this have happened? in case someone from Amazon sees this, the order number is: 205-1243029-9397120.

I have a question about GTINs for product variants. If the same product (same GTIN) is sold as different variations, how do those variants have different GTINs?

For ex:

A plastic bottle with 100ml capacity has a GTIN. (I am just a retail seller not brand owner)

One variation is a Pack of 1, Another variation is a Pack of 2.

Shouldn’t both have the same GTIN since the product itself is the same? Or does each variant (single pack vs. multi-pack) require a unique GTIN?

Would appreciate any insights.

My main marketplace is UK and I have all my listings in it.

I wanted to expand to other marketplaces DE, IT, FR, ES

Used BIL to connect listing prices and uploaded listing to DE, IT marketplaces at the same time, translating the listing to the marketplace language.

When I started FR I could no longer translate the listing title because Amazon would not accept different values and I would get a error. Error states:

The value 'FR title' specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value 'UK title' for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue. If this is ASIN, update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc)

At the same time I can no longer edit any titles due to the same error. (If I want to change UK title ir conflicts with DE title, and so on)

If I upload a listing via Excel sheet I get the same error.

Customer support does not have a solution for this. The only thing they offer me is to change the titles through them. (One title at a time and max 5 titles per suppert ticket) and I have 50+ listings

Has anyone had this problem lately?

What would be the best solution for this problem?
