Identity Verification Issue with Utility Bill
I have submitted my utility bill documents for identity verification, but my submissions keep getting denied.
It's worth noting that the same utility bill was accepted by both Amazon Europe and Amazon Australia, where my accounts have been reinstated without issue. However, Amazon Japan continues to deny this same document, despite there being no differences between the submissions. This has been going on for three months.
Could anyone please clarify why Amazon Japan is rejecting a document that has already been accepted and approved by other Amazon regions? Thank you for your assistance.
