GTIN Exemption approved but now linked amazon marketplace emailing saying my listings not valid?

So I got a GTIN exemption on amazon.co.uk and have successfully listed my generic products.

I connected my listings to amazon.it and they automatically converted and translated them.

But now I get an email from amazon.it that translates to:

“Amazon requires that all offers have a valid Global Trade Item Number (GTIN). Catalog compliance teams have found that some of your products’ GTINs are invalid. You can access these codes on the “Fix your products” page ( https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/fixyourproducts ). A GTIN is invalid if it has not been distributed by GS1 or is not recognized by the trademark owner. To avoid the removal of offers associated with the aforementioned codes, you will need to act promptly. For more information, see the “Product UPC and GTIN Requirements” help page ( https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G200317470 ).”

I don’t want to get in trouble here with Amazon but I don’t have GTIN because I was approved an exemption and I uploaded with ‘Generic’ brand and nothing in the fields for GTIN numbers etc. and it uploaded fine.

What should I do here?

Hi. I know it’s been some time since you posted but did you actually sorted things out? I received GTIN exemption some time back to sell my own branded products and now I’m facing an error 5461 and cannot list anything under my own brand lol  communication with support i so hard, not sure if they actually understand what I’m asking for

I am having the same issue. Own the brand fully. BR on UK fully done. Have been going around in circles for 29 days with amazon. Supplier won’t hold goods any longer and really need to ship them on .com
error 5461 despite so many approvals, running around circles with amazon BR (.com) team and still cannot upload the listings. My ASINs just don’t show in the US, but when I try to upload as new listing it counters with clash of already existing in amazon’s catalogue. Somehow, out of my 58 SKUS 9 days back amazon managed to activate 2! Any advice would be super helpful!
