warning letter drop in onto shipping rates
i am no longer receiving a warning letter when. my on time shipments rates drop
therefore i cant then get an exemption with the courier taking responsibility
i have contacted amazon on numerous occassions and they just ignore my messages and letter from courier
any idea what can be done?

If you are talking about premium shipping they don't always send an email to say they have revoked it.
If you reply to a previous email that will work and get to the right team. No guarantee they will reinstate you as my last attempt failed but previous to that I had it restored every time I appealed.
