Missing FBA inventory
Hello there,
Recently we have noticed that after sending our products to Amazon FBA warehouse to start selling in Germany market FBA dasboard is showing incorrect quantites. For example FBA dashboard shows that there is only 2 units of one products even though we send 12 units (there were in the same package too).
Now we are missing around 30 units of different products in total. We tried to contact Amazon support, however we were unable receive any decent response.
Could anyone suggest what to do?

i lost more than GBP 3000 like this while sending products to amazon with all proof without any positive response from them...
