Reactivate Your Account
Good day, esteemed community. Perhaps you have a few smart tips that could help us.
The issue is that our account has been blocked, and Amazon's staff have not provided a clear reason. We went through the verification process again and were allowed to trade, but our account remains blocked.
We are being asked to prove that we are not violating any of Amazon's policies regarding point 3. The funny thing is, we don't have a single product listed on our account, and we haven't had a single order. This is logical because no products are listed; we successfully removed all our inventory a month ago. We have paid all the fees that Amazon charged us for an empty store (even though we submitted numerous requests to deactivate this store).
Our account health is at 200. We have sent screenshots showing that everything is in optimal condition. We have also sent our account statements to prove that we are active and operational, and Amazon has received and credited our payment to our account.
We made screenshots of the empty store to show that there is no inventory that could violate any policy, even though we are jewelry manufacturers and design our own pieces.
But we don't understand what else we need to provide. We've been dealing with this for a month and keep getting the same response: "we didn't have enough grounds." Requests to technical support have also been completely unsuccessful, as they just close our requests for help without explaining what we are doing wrong.
What other ways of proof are there to get our account activated? Please advise.

Section 3 is basically anything, what performance notifications have you had?
