How can I refund about downgrade from professional to individual?

Hello
I just register as a seller 3 weeks ago. As you know you will register as a professional by default! Then I registered my account as a Amazon Custom.
I did not sell any thing up now, If I downgrade my account from professional to individual, will I refund the fee?
If “yes”, what I must to do, just downgrade to individual will be enough or shall I do something else?

Once you downgrade you will need to open a case with seller support - ‘Help’ and request a refund.

Today is 28 October. I tried to downgrade today but they did not downgrade me until 2nd Jan 2021? to charge me one month more in professional plan?!!!

I also don`t know how to contact to Seller Support to to open a case for refund !.. when I click on ‘Help’ at top right of seller homepage, the page I attached will appear!
