Please help escalate this feedback case
Hello,
I'd be very grateful for the help with the case 16468317031. It concerns a product review that was placed in the Feedback section.
The case was closed mere seconds so after I had submitted it, so it is clear that nobody read it at all. Everything in this "feedback" concerns the product — not fulfillment nor returns (it has not been opened) nor quality nor anything beyond the product being small.
As a seller of car accessories, I'm accustomed to customers purchasing vehicle-specific items for the wrong car. But such issues are usually easy to solve by issuing a return label. This customer has not contacted me, and ignores my messages.
Please help.
