Can I meet labelling requirements for food supplements with an attached leaflet?
I plant to sell on 5 different Amazon marketplaces through FBA. I understand that to sell on all 5 marketplaces I have to include translated label information for each of these markets.
That however, does not fit on my label. Is Amazon OK with me attaching the translations on a leaflet that is included with the product?
Product type: Food supplement (vitamin supplement)
Markets I want to sell on: .de, .co.uk, .es, .fr and .it. |
Thank you!

Leaflets and paperwork are often the first things to go in the bin. I suspect there is legislation that requires this information to be affixed to the item in order to prevent accidental disposal of the information which might prevent an allergic reaction and possibly death.
I’m guessing, but it seems pretty logical to me. I highly doubt a leaflet will be sufficient to satisfy legal requirements but the only way to know for sure is to check the laws on such products in the desired countries.

A leaflet, which is not affixed directly to the product or it’s packaging wouldn’t be sufficient.

Thank you for your answers.
Just for clarification, the product itself does have a label with all legally required information attached in English. The leaflet (which comes in the box) would have this same information but just translated to the marketplace languages.
I just got an answer on my Amazon case that including a leaflet with the translations is allowed.
