Account Deactivated and unable to verify documents
Hi,
Please can someone from Seller Support contact me regarding my account? My account was deactivated within 20 minutes of signing up and since then I have been stuck in an endless circle of submitting information for evaluation and receiving the same response:
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.
Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify the documents that you provided…etc
As far as I can tell the documents meet all the criteria you have specified and I have tried submitting them in different formats, including scans and photos as well and I just receive the same response.
I have tried the only other communication channel available to me of opening a case through help requesting help on the topic, but these cases are closed within seconds with the same response of ‘this is not the route to submit an appeal’ and you cannot reopen the case.
For information I am an experienced seller and currently have another seller account for a separate business (separate legal entity) which sells different items to those which I will be selling through this business. Perhaps this is causing an issue, who knows! However it is in Amazon’s own guidance that separate businesses should have separate accounts. I also have a VISA credit card on file, have submitted bank documents, drivers license etc.
I don’t understand why my account was deactivated and I don’t understand how I can move forward and have any hope of reactivating my account to begin selling. There may be something I have done wrong but I am none the wiser. However, the fact that I pay £000s a month in fees to Amazon already and there is no way to speak to a human on the phone is disgraceful. Please can someone from Amazon contact me. Thank you.

Even i am having same situation. My account is deactivated too. The customer service is not helping. Submitted multiple documents.
i need help with sole proprietor of my art studio which is not a register business. but still they keep asking register business details. Any help will be appreciated.

There are certain policies that Amazon expects its sellers to follow while operating the platform, and Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement is one among them.
As per the notification the team is requesting supporting documents for verification process and the name and address on the document must match the information entered in Seller Central.
@Escape_The_Van Can we know what kind of documents have you submitted ? Does the name and address of documents match the one in Seller central?
Does the documents match the criteria mentioned below:
The documents must be legible, authentic, and unaltered and contain the required information and the
files are in .pdf, .png, or .gif format.
There must be some information that was missing or not similar to seller central details or the document was not valid. When a bill is rejected it cannot be resubmitted, because it has already been rejected previously. In these cases, there are different bills is dated within the last 90 days that you can submit, such as:
Piped gas
Natural gas
Electricity
Mobile phone
Fixed-line phone
Internet service
