Review of your Amazon Selling activity
Hello,
I need your help to deal with this seller account issue asap.
I had an email about reviewing my selling account because "Your current sales volumes are not supported by buyer feedback or an established sales history. " on the 25th Jan and Amazon are still holding our money. I replied to their email to expedite the review process. They also asked me to provide some invoices in order to ensure the authenticity of items for sale on Amazon, and I provided promptly. However, there is no news since then. I am running out of money to pay bills, so need to funds asap.
Does anyone know what should I do to get my funds?
Here the original email:
"We are reviewing your account. Funds will not be transferred to you during the review but will stay in your account. Please continue to ship your orders and only list items that you can ship by the expected ship date.
Why did I receive this message?
Your current sales volumes are not supported by buyer feedback or an established sales history. As a result, we are reviewing your Amazon.co.uk seller account.

How do I expedite the review of my account?
To expedite the review of your selling account, please provide us the following information:
- How long you have been in business.
- Anticipated monthly sales on Amazon.
- The address (URL or store address) of other stores where you sell these products.
- Tracking information for recently shipped orders.
- GSTIN, VAT ID, Tax ID, or Dun and Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) number.
How do I send the required information?

Hello @UK_MarketPlace,
From your post I have understood that your account is under review which kept your payment on hold and you need recommendation from us for the same.
In Amazon when there is a review which is ongoing the payment is kept on hold and this is for all the sellers across the world. Like you stated you have provided the invoices which were asked from you and if those are valid then it will expedite the review.
However, as soon as your account gets reviewed completely you will get a response from the concerned team in performance notifications section of seller central.
