You mentioned that you were deactivated due to an association with another deactivated store. Typically in these situations you will want to review our seller university video on how to address a multiple account policy violation, which helps with both understanding the situation and some of the required steps to move forward.

We will provide two paths to address this concern. The first will include the requirement to provide documentation that shows the reason for the association but also shows proof of separation. These documents will include but are not limited to: Contract, termination agreements, bill of sale, transfer of ownership, again these are examples of documents. Some situation will allow the submission of an affidavit that verifies the separation, but would need to be accompanied by additional supporting documentation.

The second path we provide is for situations where the above mentioned documents do not exist, cannot be provided, or you own the associated account. This will include making sure the associated store has been reinstated. This will address the original concern of being associated with a deactivated store.
