HAVEN T RECEIVED MY DISBURSEMENT AFTER 2 WEEKS - Amazon Europe
Hello !
I am selling un Amazon USA,CA, and Europe.
Until 22 oct i didn t had problems, but all my disbursements from 22 oct till now, (appears DONE in payment) but in reality i didn t receive any money. And the customer support...i think they are bots. Like they didn t read what i am actually saying! just copy paste'ing text from what THEY THINK I NEED.
With those trace id's i went to the bank but the bank need payment proof from Amazon to investigate further where are the money. I have like 7 disbursement until now.
i don t know what to do further.

Did you review Payments based on delivery date?
How long are funds reserved?
Funds will be reserved until a shipment has been delivered, plus a reserve period. The standard reserve period is seven days after delivery date (“DD+7” reserve policy). For example, if you sell something on January 1, and it is delivered on January 6, then under the DD+7 policy, your funds will become available for disbursement starting on January 14.
Your reserve period may be extended following an assessment of your overall risk and historical performance.
