Low VTR rate - invalid tracking sending with Yodel and TNT
Hi, we have low VTR rate even though we fill out all the necessary fields and update with valid tracking numbers. Most of our problems is sending with Yodel, as for all the orders sent with them it shows tracking as invalid. Amazon Support just informed us, after more than a month since we raised an issue with them, that Yodel is not integrated carrier even though it was clearly stated on the list (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/G201817070). Does anyone else have similar issue? Many thanks in advance for your help.

Yodel is definitely on the list. They’re talking absolute rubbish as usual.
Are your Yodel tracking numbers being inputted how the Amazon Tracking FAQs advise them to be? I understand there is a problem with DHL where the tracking numbers they use aren’t even the same format as the way Amazon wants them to be inputted.

I’ve never had TNT go through as valid tracking. Most annoying.

And of course DHL which is also on the list but is not integrated either!
