UPS asking for customer pick up number?

We are having issues with UPS pickups where we have to call 5/6 times before the depot gets back to us.

The depot are now asking for a Customer Pick Up Number as they can't see our amazon tracking numbers in their system and it seems that the UPS preferred courier and Amazon FBA are not joined up.

Does anyone know how we can get this issue resolved? The depot seems to suggest that they might be collecting out of Good Will as their customers normally "pay a few pounds per collection"

The number you are looking for is on the UPS label and it is the the first 8 to 10 digits of the tracking number. It usually starts with 1Z
