I’m desperate for some help and advice.
On 6th January 2022 I replenished some FBA stock. Somehow the shipment got mixed up with an old FBA shipment from October 2021 that was received, added to the inventory and sold.
So I can prove this as the shipment was checked into the FBA warehouse and I have screenshots that on 10th January it was added to a closed shipment from October. The seller support team just seem unable to comprehend that this could have happened even though the screenshot proves it. I now have over £1k of missing stock, and even though I can prove it hasn’t been sold and they have received it they just will not believe me.
Can anyone give me any tips or help?
