Unable to list products from Printful to my store

Hi everyone.
First of all, I apologize if this is not the right category for my issue.

So I am from the UK and I am trying to add some products from Printful to my Amazon store, but I am unable to do so.

I have been told that I have to apply for a GTIN exemption from Printful dashboard, which I am trying to do so, but it seems like there’s no way to do this.I completed the GTIN letter from Printful, then I am trying to submit it to Europe zone and I am presented with the following screen:

Nothing else, no option to upload the GTIN letter from Printful, no nothing.

I have sent a few emails to amazon support email, no responses. I am talking with Printful support team also, they are looking into it

Anyone has any idea how to get through this issue?

I wonder if the BOTS think that ‘Book Lovers’ is a brand name as it’s up front where the brand name would be? You could try listing just Short-sleeve Unisex T-shirt? (or moving ‘Book Lovers’ to the end.)
