Does Anyone Know Accepted Voltage Frequency For Butter Knives

can someone help me, i got an item that has been search suppressed, i am trying to sort it out , on the listing page there are issues with product details and with safety and compliance, on the safety and compliance asks for Country of Origin, no problem on this one then it asks Dangerous Goods Regulations,i scroll down and tick not applicable, then there is Contains Liquid Contents, i tick no…All ok once i sort out safety and Compliance.

I go to sort out Product details, i scroll down and there are issues with Power Plug, i tick No Plug , that gets sorted but the next problem it asks Accepted Voltage Frequency, if i don’t put anything in it won’t get sorted

can anyone please tell me what the accepted Voltage Frequency for butter knives

This is no April fools scenario,

I’ve had the same problem with vases, signs and all sorts of other things! I put no plug and just pick the top one from the Voltage, also if you hover over the little question mark next to them you can select either Irrelevant Attribute or put in ‘missing attribute’ where I put in ‘Not Applicable’.

This whole thing is becoming ludicrous, after 17 years I’ve just about given up on Amazon now

I know, it’s a nightmare. Managed to get my ‘Listing Quality’ list down to 150 at one point but they just kept coming back and adding more on, up to 637 now and I’ve not got the time to waste on it as most of the attributes they want are completely irrelevant to the item!

I’m having enough trouble with this new cancellation policy, I sell some personalised items and these aren’t eligible for cancellation not that Amazon cares about that, it’ll just end up with me putting up prices again to cover the cost of the destroyed items :pensive:

I’ve had a long standing listing for a duster deleted from the Amazon catalogue and I suspect that this is the issue. I noticed that the images had been removed so tried to upload them again but it wouldn’t let me save until I told them if the duster came with a plug or not and what wattage voltage it used.

Amazon are investigating.

I wouldn’t mind that there are occasional issues with their systems. The issue is that it usually takes an awful lot of effort to get them to sort them out and this is what makes it so stressful.
