Issue with Uncommingled SKU Display and "Unknown SKU" Error
Hello Fellow Sellers,
I’m encountering an issue on the AWD Inventory page.
One of my SKUs is showing up with an error message, stating "The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found." This is under the Uncommingled.MSKU section of the listing details. Additionally, the auto-replenishment feature displays this SKU as having failed with the same error.
Here’s a summary of the situation:
Our inventory for this SKU is fully available in AWD. However, we are unable to perform either auto-replenishment or manual replenishment due to this error.
Despite raising a case with Amazon Seller Support and providing all the documentation they requested (even though it was unrelated to the issue), the problem remains unresolved.
It has been a long time since we first reported this, and Amazon's support team continues to state that they are "investigating" with no resolution in sight.
If anyone else has faced similar errors with uncommingled SKUs or the "Unknown SKU" message, how did you resolve it? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I've received word back that case 16708075271 was opened and the partner team transferred inventory from FNSKU ending in X002O0N881 to FNSKU: B08KGZ5JNM to resolve the error. Since then, the inventory has been made available for replenishment, and a replenishment shipment was created on 12/19.
If you have further questions let me know, but it looks like you should be good to go here.
