Deactivation on section 3

My account deactivated on section3. I started selling and I have got 2 payments in 3 month but After 3 months I received email from Amazon, Amazon said my account is linked to another account but I use just one and I have not tried for creating in past or present. Amazon sent this shop name to me but It’s really different name, address. I have submitted my passport and company forum but I received this message again. Please suggest me what’s next process and what’s linking possibilities ?

Dear ,

You have been found to be related to an account beginning with .

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, please take one of the following actions:

  1. Reactivated any and all accounts that have been enforced for policy violation by submitting one appeal for each enforcement. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account or by signing into your Seller Central account.
    OR
  2. Substantiated claims that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.
    OR
  3. Confirmed that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future.

How do I send the required information?
Please click on the View Appeal button on the Account Health dashboard (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap) and submit additional information as requested.

What happens if I do not send the requested information?
If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days of the original notification, your account will remain deactivated. Do not attempt to create a new seller account. Creating a new account will delay the reactivation process and may lead to permanent closure of your account.

Sincerely,
Seller Performance Team

Hello @Dia_Morice,

From your post I understand that your account is deactivated due to related account issues.

As per Amazon’s Prohibited seller activities and actions policy, operating and maintaining multiple seller central accounts is against the policy.

Your Amazon’s selling account will be linked with another selling account which is not in compliance with Amazon’s policy.

We would recommend you to look out for any related account that you may have connection with and understand the prime reason for which the selling privileges have been taken down on that account.

Once the account is identified and the reason understood, you will have to resolve the issue of the primary account first.

However, as you mentioned that

In this case you need to share all the documents that confirm the segregation from the related account.

Regards,
Mona

  1. This has happened to me three times now in different marketplaces. (Two successfully appealed.)
  2. Don’t lose hope, if you are innocent you will get your account back. Persevere.
  3. Try to locate the related account using the information that Amazon have provided.
  4. Try to identify why Amazon have linked the two accounts. Similar address? Same Postcode? Same surname etc
  5. Provide Amazon with all relevant information, history of Business and Private addresses. Don’t forget return addresses if different.
  6. After two or three failed attempts go to mediation. I think this “Appeal” goes to a different team who pre-vet mediation requests before it actually goes to mediation. If you have a good case you should get your account back in a matter of days.
  7. Mediation could potentially cost you money but if they find in your favor I believe you get the money back.

In my opinion the BOT that identifies potential related accounts is too free and easy, matching partial names and addresses. However the first time a human in SP looks at the case should be sufficient to resolve, unfortunately this does not seem to be the case.

EDIT Sorry I don’t think Mediation is available if you are outside the EU/UK.
