During autumn 2024 Amazon decided to remove/delete all the written customer reviews on my book that I have been selling for the past 5 years. I have done absolutely nothing to violate Amazon's review policy, the reviews have been coming in slowly but steadily, organically over time.

I have asked them why, and the chat support replied "I have checked, the review was removed by the customer who submitted the review, Amazon discovered that multiple items were linked together on our website incorrectly. Reviews that were posted on those pages were removed when the items were separated on the website."

It doesn't make any sense. It sounds like he referred to one review, but they are all gone. Anyway, he couldn't help me further.

Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do?
