My Account has been deactivated and the reasons was I'm not a Saudi Arabia citizen. I want to emphasize that I initially opened the account using Yemen Passport and Saudi residential ID(IQAMA). However, it's frustrating to now be asked to provide a Saudi Passport or Saudi ID, especially when this wasn't a requirement when I first set up my account on Amazon. Furthermore, I've consulted numerous Amazon health advisors who assured me that nationality is not a determining factor for having an account.

Since many established sellers have opened their businesses and upgraded their accounts to the proper companies, Amazon has decided to conduct a cursory check on the seller, which has resulted in the loss of thousands of accounts without a legal entity. As a result, if you are not a Saudi citizen, you should have a legal entity. Initially, Amazon was allowed to overlook this issue in an attempt to attract more sellers on the platforms.
Locate a local Saudi company or individual seller in your community, collaborate with them on your brands or products, and use the Leggal Channel.
