Read onlyI have tried to report a copyright violation. Images of my products, which are being used without authorization by another seller in Spain
I have followed the processes indicated by Amazon to the letter. The case is accepted and the stolen images are temporarily removed from that Spanish seller's account. But, a couple of days later, they appear again. I don't know if this is because Amazon doesn't work, or because the seller can continue doing whatever he wants, with impunity.
The thing is, I have escalated the case several times since it was initially accepted. And Amazon doesn't seem to be doing much about it. This is very frustrating.
Is there a way to contact a person (not a robot!!) on Amazon Spain? Taking into account that my seller page is located in the United Kingdom, and I do not have a seller page in Spain?
I have reported the violation on Amazon UK, but they tell me that I should also do it on Amazon Spain. And, when I've done it, they don't seem to be very efficient either.
This is why I need to talk to a PERSON, preferably from the Amazon Brand Registry and Intellectual Property department. Can someone give me a phone number in Spain, or an email, where I can talk seriously with a manager...with a person??
The thing is that I cannot simply create a help case in my UK Seller Central page, because it would be dealt with by Amazon UK only. I need to be able to create a case, or request a call, so that it is Amazon SPAIN that I can talk to!
Can somebody help? Any thoughts on this nightmare would be much appreciated.
