AMAZON DOES NOT ACCEPT MY ORIGINAL INVOICE AND REMOVED MY LISTING
Hello, a buyer of the 70 products I sold in total initiated a product originality complaint. Only 1 out of 70 recipients. And he wrote in his comment that I doubt its originality. Anyway, I submitted the necessary invoices. But Amazon bots are responding. I don't know what to do in this situation. All my billing information is completely correct. My invoice belongs to an authorized pharmacy. But amazon bots respond automatically and do not accept.

is it a wholesale pharmacy? is the invoice made out to your ltd company with a VAT number on etc?

Does the info on the invoice show the pharmacy is a wholesale operation with their web address on etc. When you say an authorised pharmacy what are you referring to.
