Order Defect Rate

Does "Order Defect Rate" affect the buy box rate? All my buybox products are currently at zero rate. ODR 3.21%. Is it because of this situation that my entire buybox rate has decreased to zero?

Yes, I believe you lose the Buy Box if your ODR goes over 1%.

If you don't have it added -- go to Manage Inventory and add that column to the page -- it shows if you are buy-box (feature offer) eligible.

High ODR will cause you to lose eligibility.
