Do not FBA everything. Wait to see what sells well via FBM and only FBA those items that sell well.
Sound simple but spring happens in phases across the country. May want to adjust shipping templates accordingly depending on where you are. Upper 1/3rd of the country is still in freezing temps but should turn in the coming weeks. If you're still waiting on FBA units to land try listing FBM to capture sales TODAY
If you have FBA and a Shopify store, sign up for Buy with Prime, because it's an additional sales perk to Buy with Prime on your DTC with Prime checkout, service and shipping. Also we operate FBM SFP and FBA , keep the top sellers in FBA and the rest in FBM/SFP. Slow sellers end up with long term storage fees. Keep multiple listings for when FBA runs out, so they can ship FBM/SFP, but try not to let top sellers run out. Also keep up your ads, coupons and SEO keywords. Keep in mind Prime days are in July, and plan in inbound your FBA early.
Create and experiment with both Merchant and Amazon fulfilled listings to understand the responsibilities needed to sell. Either forms of fulfillment require different sets of skills from the seller. FBM allows you to control more aspects of your listing controlling costs while FBA reduces your responsibility of holding merchandise to sell at the expense of higher fees.
you should be giving out 1000.00 gift cards minimum
as a newcomer, go slow dont invest too much into the plataform, focus in having a lot of selling points . start with small moq see what sells, keep the flow going of that product and go research into the next one and so on
Wish I have known about how to do FBA during my first spring season.
Amazon buyers abuse the A to Z claims. Require a signature on shipments for expensive items and you will have a small chance of reversing the claim.
The thing I wish I knew in my first spring season, but now understand, is that if there’s a path without turning right or left, continuing is the answer to all your questions.
If you’re a new seller and want to build an online store with thousands of reviews like the big stores, the only thing you need to do is keep going. The field is vast, and you need to explore every corner of it.
