Images keep changing
Hi Guys,
Hope someone can help and I believe its a common thread, every so often with just two of my items, one golf socks and the other ladies golf visors the same person swaps my images for those of fold up wardrobes, despite notifying seller support no one seems to get their head around the problem and change it for me.
As always they ask me to provide details and proof of ownership etc but as Amazon gave me the ASIN and SKU numbers in the first place if you Google these numbers in Google search engine you can see its socks or visors by Mercia Golf and not fold up wardrobes, how difficult can it be??
Who is the best department to sort this out?

This is a horrible problem on Amazon and very frustrating, it’s happened to me many times. You need to contact seller support, by going through seller central > contact amazon > inventory > incorrect information on listing.
Make sure the correct images are uploaded in your seller central for your offer, show a link to the manufacturers website.
Take the barcode number for the listing and add that in too, search for it first on GS1 and make sure the information is showing correctly.
Ask seller support to stop allowing other sellers to change the image as you have shown proof of the manufacturers website. Ask them to report the other seller for uploading incorrect images.

Unfortunately, having your product images changed with no notice is a very common issue on Amazon.
It is very likely that another seller updated the detail page to advertise a different item, this could have happened on another Amazon site as well.
Now, if you don’t have the listing control, the only way how to make Amazon accept your changes is to open a case with the Seller Support under “Products and Inventory” - “Product page issue” and “Fix a product page”.
You will be asked to provide some proof supporting your desired updates, such as a link to the manufacturer’s website.

Thanks for your replies as JillyB1 says how can these people change someone’s images I am not able to do it? also it was the same people a couple of months ago who changed my images of golf socks and visors to fold up wardrobes.
As for proving it to be my products I am not providing Amazon where I get my products from and as I stated before if you Google my barcode, ASIN or SKU numbers they come up as Ladies golf socks supplied by Mercia Golf available through Amazon and although I provided Amazon with the EAN number they gave me the SKU and ASIN numbers some 2 years ago in the first place!
Also I sent them a screenshot of my inventory showing the correct images, last time this happened I opened two cases for the separate items the one agent corrected the mistake no probs the other case they wanted me to jump through hoops.
Incidently we received an order yesterday for a ladies golf gift set from the website in France and checking the colour and size, the pictures on that website show a 26 piece Thermo flask set we are sending our product and if its wrong Amazon can go jump cause I just give up.

I wonder if this involves barcodes that have been bought outside of GS1. Check on there then do a google of the barcode and see what you come up with.

How is higher quality images of a fold up wardrobe my item of golf socks?
What have my barcodes got to do with it when I have been selling these items for the past 2 years and it was Amazon who gave me the Asin and Sku numbers.
Google B0721J22BR in your web browser and tell me if it doesn’t say Ladies golf socks on Amazon sold by Mercia Golf???
