Stuck in Verification Hell
I’ve been stuck in verification hell for over a week now. I keep getting asked to submit documents, but every time I do, I receive a message stating they are not acceptable—even though I’ve sent the correct document.
I live overseas and submitted a translated telephone bill with a certificate of translation attached. Yet, I get a response saying it’s not suitable and to choose a document from a list that includes a telephone bill.
Someone from Amazon reached out after I opened several desperate support cases, but they didn’t have any guidance because the verification team doesn’t share information. I’ve been selling on Amazon for years and have used this same document for account setup and past verifications without any issues. He suggested that I have another another document translated from the list, but without knowing what is wrong with this one, it will be throwing good money after bad.
It’s incredibly frustrating that the verification team lacks transparency and that there’s no way to contact them directly. I'm feeling overwhelmed and considering giving up—maybe selling off my stock and stepping away from selling altogether. I’ve wasted so much time on this!

Update - I am not sure if it is connected to me having a meltdown on the phone to the support team or because I wrote this post, but I just received the verification approval.
It is a shame, that sellers are put through this hell.
